Life – Red Label or Taj Mahal?

Life is like a cup of tea. You sit by the window, lift the cup and take a careless sip, only to realize, somebody forgot to add the sugar. Too lazy to go for it, you somehow struggle through the sugarless tea, till you discover sugar crystals lying at the bottom!
That’s life – shaken but not stirred…

How true is that!!
I know I want to add more …but I also know that I can’t find the right words!
***********************************************************

Stormy – that’s how my life’s cup is, right now…

something like a hazaar functions lined-up starting this week… and the tons of obligations that follow them in the Hutch dog-gedly fashion… ‘Wherever you go, our network follows’!

Add to that the exam-weekend that threatens to be at my doorstep within the blink of an eye… ahh…the frenzy just begins…

And of course, the travails behind getting a ‘decent cook’ certificate, resulting from household necessities – early-morning wake-ups, culinary dil-mil talks and times of the day spent in pre-pre-planning (it’s not even funny! even as you wash your hands after today’s breakfast, you begin to be concerned about tomorrow’s lunch! )…there… a snapshot of the extent of chaos begins to emerge…

And… the final by-product of this flurry of activities? sleepy-droopy darkly-circled eyes and a list of body aches and pain. And when you have a so-called-doctor scaring the hell out of you, jumping guns and barrels and asking you to get a sugar-test done at the very mention of leg-pain, you know that the forces are just not with you anymore!

phew! nervy…that’s what it is!
A holiday in the hills, armed with a truck-load of non-study-books, is what I would prescribe for myself! 😀
